October holiday club

at Carden Primary

This October Half Term, PLAY are putting on 5 amazing days of activities at Carden Primary. This is a great opportunity for your children to get active and have fun with their friends over the half term break. Each day is filled with active and creative activities aimed to engage each and every child.

The dates are:

Monday 28th October to Friday 1st November

We will be open from 8.45am - 4pm everyday

We also offer a shorter day option of 10am - 3pm

Throughout the week we will be running our hugely popular creative side packed with activities such as art, design, craft making and cooking. As well as offering the children an opportunity to participate in fun multi-skills games such as Dodgeball, Dance, Football and many more.  Each day is filled with sports, games, arts and crafts and fun!

Please fill out the form below and submit it. Once this has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your child’s place. Please make sure you send payment by Cash / Cheque to the school office or pay by BACs transfer, details of which are on the bottom of this page.

We will be using the entrance on Carden Avenue for drop off and Pick Up

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are 10 minutes late for picking up your child there will be a £5 late fee. There will be an additional £5 fee for every 10 minutes thereafter
