Pick up arrangements:
Pick up will still be at the main school office, however parents will not be permitted to enter the school building. Please can parents wait outside the front door and we will send your child out to you.
Monday
Football (Year 5 and 6 Only) - Football is the most popular choice at St Mary's with boys and girls of all ages taking part. For year 5 and 6 there is the opportunity to take part in the Hove and Portslade football league as well as the multiple cups and tournaments we take part in every year.
Tuesday
Arts and Crafts Club - This is a great one for all ages who want to get creative. Each week we will be looking at different aspects in arts, crafts and design. We will also be having special theme weeks throughout the year.
Wednesday
Cooking (Please Enquire for Availability) - Not only is cooking an essential life skill, it is also great fun for all ages! We try and keep the recipes we use as healthy as possible while making sure the food is also delicious and fun to make. So far we have made all sorts from, home made bread to frozen yoghurts to crunchy granola bars. We work in a nut free school and we try our best to cater to all major allergies so please let us know in advance of any allergies your children may have.
Gymnastics - In our Gymnastics club we will be offering a variety of activities to all ages. We will be looking at individual skills, group work and creating routines. We will also be looking at ways of using apparatus to further develop our Gymnastic ability.
Thursday
Jewellery Club - This club is a great way for children to get creative at the start of the week. This club incorporates everything from the design, making and most importantly the wearing of the jewellry!
Friday
Netball (Year 5 and 6 Girls Only) - We have an amazing netball set up at St Mary's. We are lucky enough to have some great girls who are positive, committed and just love the game of netball! We cover everything in netball including fun games intended to learn new skills and the rules they need to know to play proper games. For year 5 and 6 there is the chance for them to represent the school in the league we take part in and the multiple tournaments we enter. For year 3 and 4 there is the great opportunity to get active, learn something new and fall in love with a new sport.
Lego - This will be a brand new club for the new academic year. We have had many children and parents requesting this so we felt we had to deliver! Each week will have a different theme with children being able to create, discover and explore the world of lego. This is a great activity to get children thinking, creating and learning for themselves.

Discounts
Should you have 2 or more children booked on for a session you will receive a 10% sibling discount for the second child/ren.
Adhoc
Adhoc sessions are available every day, for every session and for all children. Please let the office, Mr Allen or your child’s class teacher know as soon as possible.
Adhoc places are only available on days we are not full

How to book
Booking your child a place at the St Mary's after school clubs is easy! You can do it in 2 ways, either by collecting a form from the school office and returning it with cheque or cash payment or by an online method. Payment details are at the bottom of this page.
Booking Online
To book online please fill out the form below and submit it.
You will then recieve an email confirmation of your childs place at the club.
Once you have sent this email please make sure you return payment by cash / cheque to the school or by BACs transfer.
